How are MEOCLINIC’s services billed?

As a private hospital, MEOCLINIC, and all its departments at the medical centre and the ward, welcomes privately insured and direct paying clients. Patients eligible for state benefits must take note of relevant individual conditions. Services are billed in accordance with the official German Medical Fee Schedule (GOÄ).

Will my health insurance cover the costs of treatment at MEOCLINIC?

All private health insurers will cover the costs of treatment. Statutory health insurance funds and substitute health insurance funds will not cover the costs. Alternatively, however, people insured with these funds can receive treatment at MEOCLINIC, provided they cover the costs themselves.

I’ve decided to pay for the costs of my treatment myself. What costs should I expect?

MEOCLINIC’s staff will be happy to provide you with an individual quote. This means the costs will be fully transparent to you in advance. The Patient Management department will be happy to deal with all enquiries between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. Monday to Thursday and between 8.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Fridays. Does MEOCLINIC also offer a preventative health care programme?
